Your field of work:
- Achieving high sales results by assisting the store manager in managing all areas of the store's operations.
- Team management: employee selection, motivation, task delegation, employee performance evaluation, training and development.
- Organizing and planning the team's working time according to sales goals and KPI indicators.
- Receiving, preparing and arranging goods according to company standards.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Close cooperation with the Regional, Human Resources, Marketing and Security and Loss Prevention departments.
Our expectations:
- At least 1 - 2 years of work experience in retail management.
- Results-oriented and able to achieve set goals.
- Ability to analyze sales results.
- Excellent work organization and planning skills.
- Ability to apply motivation, engagement and employee development methods, taking into account the needs of the team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to create an open work culture.
- Experience in fashion retail and experience managing a team of at least 10 employees is an advantage.
