What are you going to do?
- You will lead the store team and ensure the smooth daily operation of the store.
- You will form your own team - you will participate in the selection of employees, you will be involved in the search for new team members and their development.
- You will motivate the team to achieve sales results and the highest standards of customer service.
- You will organize employee training, share knowledge and help the team grow.
- You will participate in KIKO Milan training and business trips to the brand headquarters in Milan, where you will deepen your product, sales and management knowledge.
- You will contribute to the training of other teams and the sharing of good practices.
- You will cooperate with other KIKO Milan teams and internal departments of the company.
- You will analyze sales results, monitor key indicators and look for ways to improve them.
- You will implement and monitor the principles of visual merchandising of the store according to the guidelines provided.
What do we expect from you?
- You have experience in leadership or team coordination, ideally in the retail sector.
- You are result-oriented, but at the same time you know how to inspire and develop people.
- You are organized, energetic and react quickly to situations.
- You are able to analyze store indicators and translate them into concrete actions.
- You are ready to learn, travel and represent KIKO Milano in various activities.
- Good knowledge of English.
- We will consider experience in the field of general management as a great advantage.
