Join us in Vilnius, at the Europa shopping and service center, as a store sales manager, and lead a team where collaboration drives success. This is a permanent position, 40 hours per week.
Salary 2100 - 2600 EUR/month excluding taxes.

Your role in our team
As a Sales Manager at Lindex, you will lead and support your team in creating an inspiring store experience. In this role, you will:

• Ensure that the store runs smoothly and the Lindex concept is followed every day
• Drive the store's development and profitability, as this helps Lindex grow
• Take responsibility for budget, staff, work environment and safety
• Inspire and lead your team to work together to ensure that our customers feel their best
• Coordinate campaigns and store activities to create a great customer experience
• Plan and control staff schedules

Is this you?
You are a driven, business-oriented leader who leads by example - through your love of fashion, ability to prioritize and commitment to putting the customer first. You are a natural at motivating and developing your team to achieve great results together. You are open to feedback, take initiative to grow yourself and use learning and digital tools that support you and your team. This description probably fits you:

• Secondary education
• Management experience in the service industry
• Excellent local language skills and ability to communicate in spoken and written English
• Excellent digital work tools
