As a Department Manager, you will play a supportive, supportive and motivating role within the team. Responsibilities:

  • You will show the team the path to impeccable customer service, ensuring excellent operational and visual standards, while promoting and selling our products.
  • You will take responsibility for the strengths and weaknesses of the department team, analyze sales results, discover commercial opportunities, set goals and create a plan to optimize results, profits and inventory levels.
  • You will lead the team in planning, scheduling and ensuring store opening and closing routines.
  • You will recruit, train and develop employees, fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration that will continue to drive growth and innovation.
  • You will be interested in current fashion trends, customer preferences and competitors to stay ahead of the competition.
  • You will represent yourself and the company when communicating with customers.

TEAM:

Our stores are the heart of the company, as this is where customers have direct contact with our brand. As part of our dynamic team, every role, from sales consultant, department manager, store manager, visual artists to cash operations specialist, contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere. You will also collaborate with the larger regional team, collaborating with other stores, sharing insights and observations to continue to develop the company, the stores and your success. Together with the team, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers feel confident and express their individuality by choosing products from the latest trends and long-lasting styles. By creating meaningful relationships with customers in our stores, we ensure that fashion is sustainable and accessible to all.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

We are looking for people who…​

  • Have experience in customer service and related activities (experience in fashion retail would be an advantage).
  • Have experience in sales planning, analysis, providing feedback, using customer-focused tools and reports.
  • Have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian; English is an added advantage.

This is a full-time job offer at the H&M store in Kaunas. The contract is initially concluded for a year, then reviewed.
