STORE MANAGER, H&M Vilnius (full-time)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, creating an excellent customer shopping experience and ensuring high visual and commercial standards. You will develop and inspire the team, ensuring the successful operation of the store. By analyzing the results, you will identify improvement opportunities and make decisions that help ensure the long-term success of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest level of customer experience and actively promote sales;
• Analyze sales results, local market, customer and competitor needs;
• Set goals and implement action plans to optimize sales, profitability and inventory;
• Effectively manage store operations, work schedules, budget and commercial priorities;
• Form, train and develop the team, promote engagement, collaboration and growth;
• Follow fashion trends and adapt to changing customer expectations;
• Professionally represent the company when interacting with customers.

TEAM:

Our stores are the heart of H&M’s business – it is here that the customer experience and brand image are created. When you join the team, you will work together with sales consultants, department heads, store managers and other colleagues to achieve common store goals. You will also collaborate with other store and regional teams, sharing best practices and commercial insights. At the same time, you will ensure that it is easy for customers to discover the latest trends and products during each visit.

We are looking for people who have:

• Experience in retail management and organizing daily store operations.
• Experience in leading a team and the ability to create an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
• Experience in planning sales, analyzing performance and implementing performance improvement initiatives.

• You are interested in fashion, retail trends and visual presentation of goods.
• You have good oral and written Lithuanian language skills (at least B1 level).
• You have good oral and written English language skills.
