Your responsibilities:
- Organization of the work of the store team;
- Implementation of sales plans;
- Administration of store documentation;
- Monitoring, analyzing and implementing growth plans for store activity reports;
- Ensuring the exposure of goods in accordance with the standards;
- Team building, education and motivation;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service;
- Smooth preparation and execution of inventory.

- Have excellent computer skills;
- Know how to organize work and motivate a team;
- Have management experience;
- Can do physical work;
- Can work according to the summary of working time accounting, i.e. in shifts and on weekends.
