BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The store manager will organize the store's activities, achieve sales goals and lead the team.
We are looking for a manager who is able to independently plan activities, organize daily processes, control results and ensure employee involvement. The ability to motivate the team, develop employees and create a results-oriented work culture is especially important.

Main responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and control the store's activities and daily processes.
- Lead the team, distribute tasks and ensure its smooth operation.
- Set sales goals, monitor their implementation and analyze results.
- Motivate employees, encourage their involvement and increase team productivity.
- Develop employee competencies, regularly discuss their work results and provide feedback.
- Create employee work schedules according to the store's operational needs.
- Coordinate the adaptation and training of new employees.
- Ensure high quality customer service and compliance with established standards.
- Analyze performance indicators, identify areas for improvement and implement performance improvement measures.
- Coordinate sales initiatives and promotions, organize new product launches.
- Supervise product display, ensure order and an attractive shopping environment.
- Resolve daily operational issues and cooperate with company management.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have at least 2 years of managerial experience in retail or a similar field.
- You have experience in leading a team, planning its work and achieving set goals.
- You are able to plan and organize activities, delegate tasks and control their implementation.
- You are able to motivate employees, encourage their involvement and develop their competencies.
- You are able to set clear goals, evaluate results and constructively solve operational problems.
- You are results-oriented, responsible and organized.
- You are able to analyze sales indicators and make data-based decisions.
- You are able to communicate clearly, resolve conflicts and cooperate.
- You are able to make decisions independently and take responsibility for the team's results.
- You have good command of English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Higher education is an advantage.
- You are ready to work in shifts, including on weekends.
