We will entrust you with:

  • Executing sales plans, ensuring the quality of customer service and achieving other set goals; Team building: selecting and training employees;

You will be great if you have:

  • Higher education and similar work experience;
  • Knowledge of trade processes and food quality and hygiene standards;
  • Excellent personnel management skills: ability to select employees, develop them and build a team, set individual and team goals for employees. Positivity, ability to inspire the team, ability to recognize and evaluate employees' efforts and achievements;
  • Excellent planning, organizing and controlling skills. Orientation to high quality customer service.
