Your role:
Are you a leader who cares about the team, customers, and results? We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and motivated manager for our store who will not only ensure the smooth operation of the store, but also inspire the team to strive for the best.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team (up to 10 employees);
- Ensure impeccable customer service and customer experience;
- Achieve sales goals and manage store performance;
- Organization, receiving goods, arranging goods;
- Training and introducing new employees;
- Scheduling work, supervising internal store processes.
What do we expect from you?
- Management or sales experience (retail/wholesale is an advantage);
- Ability to organize a team, solve problems and react quickly;
- Responsibility, honesty and result orientation;
- Communicative, proactive and positive energy;
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, POS systems).
