We will entrust you with:

  • Execution of sales plans, ensuring the quality of customer service and the achievement of other set goals;
  • Team building: selection and development of employees;
  • Ensuring product balances, product quality, proper product presentation, and an attractive store image;
  • Setting goals for employees, planning their work and monitoring their implementation.

You will be great if you have:

  • Higher education and similar work experience;
  • Knowledge of trade processes and food quality and hygiene standards;
  • Excellent personnel management skills: the ability to select employees, develop them and build a team, set individual and team goals for employees. Positivity, the ability to inspire the team, the ability to recognize and evaluate employees' efforts and achievements;
  • Excellent planning, organizing and controlling skills. Orientation to high quality customer service.
