We are currently opening the first REIMA store in Lithuania and are inviting a Store Manager to join the team, who will become an important part of this new phase.

Nature of work:
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the store and the highest quality of customer service;
- Form, develop and motivate the store team;
- Organize employee selection, training, work schedules and daily tasks;
- Achieve sales goals, analyze results.
- Ensure orderly arrangement of goods according to VM standards, warehouse order and optimal product balance;
- Organize inventories and control daily store processes;
- Administer documents and reports related to store operations;
- Effectively resolve customer situations and ensure a high standard of service;
- Cooperate with the company administration and contribute to the growth of the REIMA brand in Lithuania.
Employee requirements:
- You have management experience in retail;
- You are a leader who is able to inspire and develop a team;
- You are focused on results, sales and high quality customer service;
- You are proactive, organized and able to make decisions;
- You are able to plan work, analyze results and effectively solve everyday situations;
- You know how to work with a computer (MS Office) and cash register and accounting systems;
- You speak Lithuanian well, knowledge of English is an advantage.
