• efficiently organize the store's activities and properly coordinate the work of the team in order to achieve the set goals,
  
• spotting, developing and exploiting potential sales opportunities,
  
• analyze the department's performance results and propose solutions for improving performance,
  
• to form an appropriate customer service culture in the store,
  
• motivate and develop team members by sharing their experience and insights,
  
• ensure compliance with work standards set for the store,
  
• to take responsibility for high-quality performance of inventories and proper management of store documentation.

• has successful work experience in retail trade and 1-2 years of managerial work experience in it,

Individual base salary is negotiated during the selection process (we will definitely assess your experience and expertise in electronics and sales together). The salary consists of a base and variable parts. The amount from/to includes bonuses and an additional part of the salary.
