We are looking for a Store Manager who would not only ensure the smooth daily operations of the store, but would also actively care about sales results, team engagement, and high quality customer service.
Your responsibilities:
- You will lead the store team - you will organize daily work, motivate and help achieve good results;
- You will take care of the store's sales results and the implementation of the set goals;
- You will ensure that customers are professionally consulted and receive solutions that meet their needs;
- You will ensure that there is no shortage of goods in the store, they are properly arranged, and prices and promotions are relevant;
- You will monitor sales and customer needs, provide suggestions on how to improve the store's results;
- You will ensure smooth daily store operations, order and compliance with company standards.
We hope you:
- Have team management and sales experience;
- Able to organize your own and your team's work;

- Know how to motivate people and achieve goals together with the team;
