Store manager in Vilnius

We are looking for a responsible, active and organized Store Manager who will become the real master of the department. The main task is to ensure smooth processes, order and take responsibility for the results, and by his example to inspire the team to take care of the highest customer satisfaction.

Daily work and responsibilities:
o Process management: smooth store operations, inventory and order planning, document administration.
o Order and aesthetics: arranging goods according to standards and maintaining a flawless environment.
o Team leadership: creating schedules, organizing work, motivating and developing the team.
o Results and analytics: tracking sales indicators, making decisions and making suggestions for optimizing and growing activities.
o Customer experience: ensuring professional and attentive customer service.

The future manager is expected to:

o Have experience in: leadership, team coordination or shift management (a big advantage in retail).
o Be a leader: able to build and motivate a team and communicate openly.
o Take responsibility: work independently, make decisions quickly and do not get lost in a dynamic environment.
o Be customer-oriented and sales-oriented.
o Have good English language skills.
o Have good computer skills.
