We are currently looking for a charismatic and driven Store Manager to join our client's team, inspire team members and create an exceptional Miele experience.
What will your working day look like?
- Coordinate the work of the store, lead and motivate the team, strengthening their knowledge and results;
- Form the image of the brand and exclusive products;
- Provide professional service, consult customers, manage sales from inquiry to transaction;
- Maintain relationships with partners, increase traffic and awareness;
- Plan work schedules, analyze store and employee results, and look for opportunities.
So if you:
- You have experience in retail (selling luxury goods is an advantage);
- You have led a team and are oriented towards achieving business goals;
- You are able to provide quality customer service and have sales skills;
- You write and communicate well in English (B2 level);
- You have good communication skills, are flexible and proactive in times of change;
- You are an analytical and result-oriented person;
- You have a driver's license.
