Nature of work
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A STORE MANAGER FOR A NEWLY OPENING STORE IN "VILNIUS OUTLET" SHOPPING CENTER.
- Actively contribute to the preparation of the new store for the opening.
- Assemble, train and motivate a new store team.
- Organize the smooth daily work of the store.
- Ensure proper product layout and store visual standards.
- Plan employee work schedules and distribute tasks.
- Ensure high quality customer service in accordance with Jack&Jones customer service rules.
- Achieve sales goals and analyze store results.
- Monitor key performance indicators and look for ways to improve them.
- Organize the acceptance of goods, replenishment, inventory and balance control.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures and occupational safety requirements.
Employee requirements
- Experience in management work in the retail sector.
- Ability to build, motivate and develop a team.
- Orientation towards sales results and achieving set goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibility, initiative and independence.
- Ability to plan working time, create schedules and distribute tasks.
- Knowledge of customer service standards.
- Ability to analyze sales results and key performance indicators.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changing situations.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian, knowledge of English would be an advantage.
