Nature of work

In this position, you will be the main person responsible for the smooth operation of the Weekend store and the customer experience. The majority of customers come to the store to pick up and try on items they ordered online, so your goal will be to ensure that every visit is smooth and enjoyable.

Daily:

  • You will ensure the efficient operation of the store and the Click & Try process;
  • You will help customers choose the most suitable products for them and create a great shopping experience;
  • You will coordinate the receipt of goods, order fulfillment and warehouse processes;
  • You will lead a small team: you will plan work, create schedules and help the team achieve common goals;
  • You will monitor performance results, look for improvement opportunities and solve daily operational challenges;
  • If necessary, you will contribute to the selection, introduction and development of new team members.

Store opening hours: I-VI 10:00-20:00 and VII 10:00-18:00.

We expect you to:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience leading a team in retail;
  • You are organized, able to plan work and make decisions in everyday situations;
  • You enjoy working with people and getting involved in the daily activities of the team;
  • You are able to communicate in Lithuanian and English;
  • You can work on a flexible work schedule;
  • You are proactive, result-oriented and not afraid to take responsibility.

We will consider experience in fashion, footwear or other similar retail sectors as an advantage.
