Store Manager – Juodkrantė

"Maistinė" is a growing premium grocery store chain offering carefully selected products from Lithuanian and foreign manufacturers. We are currently inviting a store manager to join the team to work in Juodkrantė.

Main responsibilities

• Organize and ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Lead the store team: plan work, coordinate employee activities and ensure high quality customer service.
• Form product orders and ensure optimal product balance.
• Organize product acceptance and control their accounting.
• Quickly solve daily operational challenges and ensure efficient store operations.
• Ensure order, compliance with hygiene requirements and internal company standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in managing a retail store.
• Ability to organize teamwork and make decisions.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

2500-3500 €/mon. gross
