Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of sales activities in the store;
- Ensuring compliance with store operations and customer service standards;
- Training, task allocation and motivation of store employees to achieve good results;
- Maintenance of primary accounting documents;
- Prompt resolution of emerging problems.
Employee requirements
- At least higher education;
- Work experience in a grocery store (advantage);
- Management experience in a retail company (grocery store - an advantage);
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment;
- Ability to motivate a team to achieve common goals;
- Good computer skills.
