Deputy Store Manager in a new store in Prienai (ADDITIONAL 600€ BONUS)

Introduction

There is no routine at LIDL – our employees perform different tasks every day. We will pay daily allowance for the days worked on a business trip – €28 per day/~€600 per month, depending on the number of working days worked on a business trip!

Candidate requirements

• Able to work in shifts from 5:30 to 14:30 and from 14:00 to 22:30
• Vocational or higher education
• 1-2 years of work experience (not necessarily in the field of trade)
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to take responsibility
• Customer and results orientation
• Willingness to work not only in management, but also in physical work
• Possibility to work in a store in another city during training
