Job description

• Organization and coordination of sales activities in the store
• Management of store employees
• Employee development and motivation
• Ensuring the quality of customer service
• Ordering goods

Candidate requirements

• Able to work in shifts from 5:30 to 14:30 and from 14:00 to 22:30
• Vocational or higher education
• 1-2 years of work experience (not necessarily in the field of trade)
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to take responsibility
• Customer and results orientation
• Willingness to work not only in management, but also in physical work
