Nature of work
- Ensure a high level of customer service at the Vilnius “Weekend.lt” representative office (Click & Collect), organize daily activities of the representative office and actively participate in sales.
- Manage Click & Collect orders and product flows and be responsible for the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Lead a small team of three people, including a manager, plan daily activities and achieve set goals together.
- Convenient working hours – no late nights! Representative office working hours: Monday-Saturday 10 am-8 pm, Sunday 10 am-6 pm. Work in shifts according to the schedule.
Employee requirements
- You have experience in leading a team.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and good in English; conversational Russian would be an advantage.
- You are results-oriented and have a good customer experience, and you want to learn and improve.
- Weekend operates in all Baltic countries, and our selection team works in Estonia. Therefore, job interviews will be held in English or Russian - you can choose which of these languages you are more comfortable communicating in. We look forward to meeting you!
