Assist the store manager in organizing the daily operations of the store
Ensure the highest standards of customer service
Motivate, develop and engage the team to achieve sales goals
Work with KPI indicators (sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, etc.)

Employee requirements
At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, an advantage is a managerial or senior employee position
Knowledge of key KPIs and ability to work with results
English language skills (necessary for internal communication, training)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibility, initiative and positive attitude
Opportunities to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (two days off, two days off)
