What are you going to do?
Pet Products BAZĖ is looking for a new team member for the Fabijoniškės store. This is not just a salesperson position – we are looking for someone who would actively work with customers, help the team, maintain order in the store and grow into a responsible store manager role.

Nature of work:
- Consulting customers on pet products.
- Active work in the sales hall and at the cash register.
- Receiving, arranging and maintaining order in the store.
- Assisting customers in choosing feed, treats, litter, accessories and other pet products.
- Distributing daily tasks within the team.
- Maintaining store order, shelves, price labels and displays.
- Achieving sales goals together with the team.
- Communicating with the manager regarding store results, problems and suggestions.

- You have experience in sales, customer service or want to grow in this field.
- Veterinary education - this will definitely help you do your job even better (higher salary)
- You are responsible, punctual, diligent and honest.
- You are not afraid of more intensive work in the sales floor.
- You know how to work in a team and help others.
- You have leadership qualities or want to develop them.
- You are interested in animals or want to learn about animal products.
- You are able to notice a mess, solve problems and take initiative.
Management, senior salesperson, shift supervisor or similar experience would be a great advantage, but we will also consider a strong sales consultant who wants to grow into a management position.

- Working location in Fabijoniškės, Ukmergės g.
- Clear responsibilities and the opportunity to grow to the position of store manager.
- Salary 1500–2300 €/month. excluding taxes, the final salary depends on experience, level of responsibility and results.
- The position (after the trial period) may be subject to additional bonuses for store results up to 20% of the monthly salary paid each month (excluding taxes)
