- UAB „MAXIMA LT“
You will be responsible for:
- operation with 40 supervised stores (in the Suwalki and Dzūkija regions);
- establishing contact and close cooperation with store directors and their teams;
- full involvement in the issues of the employees of the supervised stores;
- organizing store personnel for newly opened, seasonal stores or when demand increases;
- involvement and resolving conflict situations in store teams;
- involvement in departmental topics or projects and assuming management of agreed topics;
- supervising the training and induction process of new store directors and advising them when they start operating independently.
We appreciate your:
- interest in retail;
- knowledge of store and personnel management processes;
- knowledge and practical application of the LR DK;
- willingness to work in the store and with store employees;
- communicability and the ability to easily create new relationships with people;
- possession of a driver's license.
