Store Development and Operations Manager

Actively search for potential new retail locations and assess their suitability for the development of the Čia Market network.
Assess the potential of the location, competitive environment, condition of the premises, infrastructure, investment needs and other criteria important for development.
Prepare and submit proposals for the opening of new retail locations, the development, relocation or renovation of existing locations.
Coordinate projects for the opening of new retail locations, the reconstruction, renovation and transformation of existing stores.
Organize projects for the installation, repair, commercial equipment and infrastructure of retail locations.
Evaluate the functionality and operational processes of existing retail locations, initiate their improvement and the implementation of new solutions.
Coordinate the installation, development, relocation and renovation of the infrastructure of ticket machines, parcel machines and other additional services.
Organize the search for contractors and service providers, evaluate proposals, participate in negotiations and control the execution of work.
Manage project deadlines, budgets, costs and quality of work.
Cooperate with regional managers, store managers and other company departments, provide suggestions for network development and operational efficiency improvement.

Work location in Telšiai. The work includes traveling to the company's stores and inspecting potential new stores.

At least a higher non-university education.
Work experience in retail, retail chain development, project management, real estate or similar fields.
Ability to assess the potential of new retail outlets and the economic feasibility of decisions made.
Ability to independently organize work and manage several projects simultaneously.
Good analytical, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage project deadlines, budgets and achieve an agreed result.
Initiative, independence, responsibility and result orientation.
Good computer skills.
Category B driver's license and the ability to travel to retail outlets.
