Nature of work
Main responsibilities:
Supervision of 7 stores (~2 employees in each)
Analysis of sales results and implementation of solutions to increase them
Motivation, development and engagement of employees
Organization of employees' work, consulting on daily issues
Planning and control of product orders in stores
Planning of promotions, sales and other sales promotion actions
Ensuring compliance with standards applied in stores
Cooperation with the central team / management

Experience in retail (management experience is an advantage)

Driver's license (if stores are in different locations)
