About the position
HEYDEKRUG is looking for an experienced manager to ensure the smooth running of five stores, grow the sales team and create a standard of customer service worthy of our product.
This is a position for someone who can see the big picture – from daily store processes and team work to customer experience and sales results.

We will trust you:
- Organization of the activities and work of the five HEYDEKRUG stores and sales staff;
- Drawing up work schedules, personnel administration and solving daily situations;
- Training, developing sales staff and creating customer service standards;
- Analysis of sales results and customer behavior and preparation of reports;
- Ensuring compliance with documentation, order and hygiene requirements.
We hope you:
- Have management experience in retail, catering or customer service;
- Able to organize the activities of several departments, mobilize and develop a team;
- Know how to analyze performance results and make decisions to improve them;
- Have good MS Office skills.
- Are independent, organized and take responsibility for the result.
