- Managed several small stores – you will organize, supervise, improve;
- Train, develop and motivate employees – build a relationship based on trust;
- Ensure smooth work in daily activities – both in terms of goods and people;
- Contribute to business growth – you will achieve sales and quality goals with the team;
- Be the closest person to your team – you will listen, act and inspire.

- Experience in leading a team of remote departments (preferably in the field of trade);

- Driving license (category B) and the ability to travel between stores.
