As a Store Development Manager, you will:
- You will develop and implement Xiaomi's retail and e-commerce strategy in Lithuania and Latvia.
- You will strive for sales, profitability and market share growth indicators.
- You will ensure the highest level of customer experience in both physical stores and online channels.
- You will manage and analyze the results of store and e-commerce activities, identify growth opportunities.
- You will plan and implement commercial promotions, campaigns and product launches.
- You will cooperate with marketing, product, logistics and customer service teams.
- You will manage the sales team, develop employees and form a culture of high results.
- You will analyze market trends, competitor actions and provide recommendations for business development.
- You will be responsible for budget planning, KPI implementation and operational efficiency.
We hope you:
- You will have at least 3-5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce or commerce management.
- You will have gained experience in managing a multi-store chain or e-commerce business.
- You will have strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.
- You will be able to make decisions based on data and business indicators.
- You will have experience in leading a team.
- You will be fluent in Lithuanian and English.
- Knowledge of Latvian or Russian would be an advantage.
- You will be interested in technology, consumer electronics and retail trends.
