DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide impeccable service to every 'Crème de la Crème' customer to the required standards
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with customers
  • Purposefully pursue and implement sales targets
  • Excellent knowledge of the range, participation in periodic training and continuous deepening of knowledge in the field of perfumery and cosmetics
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness, order, hygiene and proper product placement

  • You are able to communicate professionally with people and quickly understand their needs
  • Achieve good sales results both individually and as a team
  • You are positive, proactive, flexible and able to adapt to change and new ideas
  • You learn and improve your professional knowledge quickly
  • You can communicate fluently in Lithuanian and at least one foreign language
