Senior Perfumery Consultant / The House of Drops

The House of Drops niche perfume house is looking for a senior consultant to work in Vilnius.
We are looking for someone who would not only feel great consulting clients and working with niche perfumery, but also be able to take responsibility for the daily work of the store and the team.
Our senior consultant is responsible for:

• professional consulting clients and ensuring a high service culture;
• daily coordination of the work of consultants;
• assistance to the team in resolving non-standard customer service situations;
• maintenance of product balances, testers and exposition, transfer of information about the need for replenishment of stocks to responsible colleagues;
• introduction of new employees and assistance during their training;
• monitoring customer feedback, demand and the most frequently asked questions and transferring them to responsible colleagues;
• coordination of daily organizational issues in the store;
• ensuring a neat, aesthetic and brand-compliant store environment.

We expect:

• experience in sales and customer service;
• responsibility, independence and ability to make decisions;
• good communication skills and ability to work with a team;
• interest in niche perfumery;
• ability not only to consult, but also to see the overall picture of the store's work;
• initiative and result-oriented.

We are looking for a communicative, helpful, polite, not indifferent to niche perfumery, hardworking and honest team member.
Knowledge and experience in the field of niche perfumery would be a very important advantage!

Work in a pleasant, cozy environment and in a friendly team, employment contract with a 3-month probationary period, full social guarantees.
