What you'll do

• Proactively scout, negotiate, and onboard external partners across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia to expand 3rd-party Lidl Plus benefits
  
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners and represent Lidl professionally in external meetings
  
• Implement and manage operational CRM campaigns, segmented coupons, and automated lifecycle journeys
  
• Analyze campaign performance (conversion and redemption rates) to optimize the user journey and customer engagement
  
• Define technical requirements for omnichannel processes and marketing automation solutions
  
• Collaborate with internal marketing and commercial teams to support strategic loyalty campaigns
  

About you

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  
• Experience in CRM operations, campaign management tools, and marketing automation
  
• Analytical mindset with experience in customer segmentation and data-driven optimization
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  
• Advanced English language skills
  
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, as well as self-confident
