We are currently strengthening our team and looking for someone who will become the main link between us and the design community - create partnerships, develop new channels and contribute to business growth.

What will work in our team:
- Actively search for and attract interior designers and studios for cooperation.
- Conduct designer onboarding: introduce processes, rules and cooperation model.
- Create and develop a network of partners (architects, real estate developers, salons, etc.).
- Manage the entire project process - from the first contact to the successful implementation of the order.
- Organize presentations, meetings and (sometimes) events for partners.
- Represent the company in the design community and ensure high-level communication.
- Work with the CRM system - manage contacts, pipeline and project statuses.
- Conduct active follow-up and contribute to increasing sales conversion.
- Collect project materials (photos, reviews, content) for marketing communication.
- Analyze results, provide insights and suggestions for sales growth.

- Experience working with CRM systems (advantage).
- Driver's license (advantage).
Salary
1500-1850
€/mon.
