Head of Partnership Projects

We will entrust you with:

· Research the market, analyze its trends and identify new business opportunities and partners;

· Develop partnership projects with banks, leasing companies, dealers and other strategic partners;

· Conduct negotiations based on data analysis and select the most optimal solutions;

· Assess project effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and initiate process improvement solutions;

· Ensure the implementation of sales plans and quality indicators set for projects, constantly monitoring results and providing insights;

· Contribute to the formation of team goals based on analytical insights and their implementation.

It is important for us to create and maintain a relationship based on trust with clients, partners and colleagues. We believe that you will be successful in this position if:

· You have at least 2 years of experience in sales and/or project management (insurance is a big advantage);

· You are able not only to execute sales, but also to analyze their results and make data-based decisions;

· You have strong analytical skills, you are able to interpret data and provide clear, value-creating insights;

· You have experience in process analysis, optimization and continuous improvement;

· You are proactive, solution-oriented and able to quickly solve complex situations;

· You are empathetic and able to effectively cooperate with different people;

· You communicate well in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level);

· Has a category B driver's license.

Compensation system:

2300 - 3200 €/month fixed monthly salary;

Monthly bonus of up to 30% of fixed salary;

Quarterly bonus of up to 120% of fixed salary;
Annual bonus of up to 125% of fixed salary.
