Nature of work:
Position objective: to systematically organize the work of prepress specialists in order to increase efficiency and ensure the quality of services and products provided.
Main responsibilities:
Prepress. To standardize and improve the prepress process from the client's request to the printing process, in order to achieve greater work efficiency.
Tool calibration. To systematically organize the timely calibration of tools used in prepress, CTP, printers, color measurement, etc. devices.
Quality. To update the quality standard, which would be consistent and equally understandable from the client to the printing machine operator. To introduce intermediate quality control checks in order to ensure high-quality printing quality that meets the client's expectations.
Team. To organize the work of the department, monitor the quality of the work performed and compliance with requirements, develop employees, evaluate results, and provide them with constant feedback.
Performance improvement. Continuously resolve emerging issues, identify and manage corrective actions necessary for operational efficiency.
