Pašiliai gravel quarry dispatcher

You will be responsible for the smooth management of transport flows and customer service at the Pašiliai gravel quarry.

Main functions:
Load organization: Directing truck drivers to the necessary quarry locations;
Document management: Issuing invoices and waybills, accounting for goods;
Customer service: Accepting orders, communicating with drivers and customers, providing information about production;
Other functions: Preparing reports;

Working hours: weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00 h.
The possibility of working remotely (fully or partially) - not available.

Education: Higher education in logistics, management, accounting. Accounting courses;
Computer literacy: Must be able to work with MS Office programs (especially Excel). Working with specialized accounting and weighing systems connected to scales - we train;
Languages: Lithuanian, Russian, Polish (advantages).
Personal qualities: Attentiveness, diligence, independence.
Additional requirements: Driver's license: Category B, own car for travel to/from work.
