We are looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer / Estimator

Nature of work:
- Prepare, analyze, summarize project documentation;
- Search for the most economically beneficial technical solutions;
- Prepare and check calculations, analyze quantities in the project documentation;
- Evaluate works and materials that are not provided in the drawings, but are technologically necessary to complete the work in full;
- Communicate with suppliers of materials and services (for individual calculated parts);
- Research, analyze and know price levels in the construction market;
- Prepare and analyze estimates;
- Provide proposals for improving the work process;
- Prepare tender materials for construction work tenders.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Higher or higher engineering education (construction engineering is an advantage);
- Work experience with estimate preparation programs "Astera", "Sistela" or others;
- Ability to work with BIM, Bluebeam or others. programs;
- Ability to freely read and analyze drawings. Ability to calculate the scope of work performed;
- Knowledge of project documentation, analysis, verification, and preparation of calculations of quantity sheets in project documentation;
- Understanding of general construction work processes and technology.
