Nature of work:
I-V, 8:00-17:00.
- Review and analysis of project technical documentation;
- Calculation of labor and material costs; preparation of estimates (using Astera or alternative programs);
- Survey of service and material suppliers, analysis of proposals, communication with suppliers;
- Preparation and execution of documents for tenders, tendering of subcontractors;
- Analysis of information about the price level of materials and services in the construction market;
Employee requirements:
- Higher/higher technical education (engineering would be an advantage);
- At least 1 year of work experience as a construction engineer - estimator in a construction company;
- Work experience with estimating programs (“Astera” or alternative programs);
- Knowledge of joint construction processes and ability to work in a team and independently;
- Positive attitude, result orientation and desire to learn and improve;
- Creativity, initiative, flexibility, attentiveness and responsible attitude to work;
- Ability to seek the most economically beneficial technical solutions;
