We are currently expanding our team and invite you to join us as a Project Manager for Proposal Preparation for work on projects in Lithuania. We are currently expanding our team and invite you to join us as a Project Manager for Proposal Preparation for work on projects in Lithuania. WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Prepare commercial proposals for electrical and low-voltage construction and infrastructure projects in Lithuania, ensuring the entire proposal preparation process
- Perform estimate calculations based on the technical documentation provided by the client and the results of previous projects, relying on information provided by material suppliers
- Evaluate the received technical information, provide insights into optimization solutions within the project scope, perform their assessment and form project budgets together with the production team
- Periodically visit ongoing projects in Lithuania, collect regulatory information and help the team resolve technical issues on site
- Participate together with colleagues in submitting proposals to clients, argue the solutions provided in commercial proposals

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Higher education in engineering
- At least 2-3 years of experience in calculating electrical installation projects
- Analytical thinking, diligence and teamwork
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Understanding of the operating principles and components of electrical networks (internal and external) and (or) low-current systems
- Knowledge of the market prices and rates of materials, suppliers and subcontractors required for projects
- Good knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel,
- Ability to work with CAD, 3D or other design programs is an advantage
