We are currently looking for a Proposal Preparation Engineer, who will be the main link between the client's request and the final commercial offer. Your goal is to ensure accurate, fast and competitive production cost calculations and help the team win new projects!

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Analysis of customer requests – you will evaluate the submitted technical requirements, specifications and drawings,
• Estimation and cost calculation – you will analyze and evaluate production processes, the need for materials, technological operations and working time,
• Pricing formation – you will prepare commercial offers (RFQ) and transfer them to colleagues from the sales team,
• Risk assessment – you will identify and evaluate possible technical and financial risks,
• Data management – you will maintain and constantly update pricing models, templates and databases.

What we expect from you:

• Have similar work experience in a manufacturing company (in the field of costing, pricing, purchasing or project management).
• Able to read technical drawings and understand production processes (experience with CAD programs is an advantage).
• Have excellent analytical skills and are able to work with data flows (MS Excel is your daily and well-managed tool).
• You are result-oriented, detail-oriented and able to effectively manage tight deadlines.
• Have a higher education (in the field of engineering is an advantage).
• You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English.

Salary:

Assessing the efforts and experience of candidates, we offer an attractive salary that matches their skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h to 18 Eur/h (~2352 Eur – 3024 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

• The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly wage before tax.
