Nature of work:
- Calculation and preparation of tender estimates for joint construction works;
- Analysis and evaluation of technical documentation, search for opportunities to optimize and improve solutions;
- Cooperation with material suppliers and subcontractors;
- Preparation of commercial proposals and coordination of the entire proposal preparation process;
- Identification, assessment and management of risks related to the preparation of proposals;
- Search for optimization solutions and preparation of project budgets in cooperation with the production team;
- Collection, systematization and analysis of information on prices for construction materials and services in order to ensure accurate and competitive calculation of estimates.
We hope:
- Successful work experience in preparing construction estimates for large and complex structures;
- Higher education in civil engineering and knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies, ability to understand and evaluate technical projects;
- Knowledge of the "SES3" estimation system or others;
- At least 5 years of similar work experience;
- Diligence, responsibility and, most importantly, you like your work.
