About us:
FinoMark is a crowdfunding platform licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, which finances small and medium-sized businesses. As the loan portfolio grows, we are inviting a diligent and responsible loan administrator to join the team.
Your future responsibilities:
- Administer concluded loan agreements and ensure their proper execution;
- Control installments, loan repayment schedules and payment terms;
- Monitor the loan portfolio and timely identify possible violations of contractual obligations;
- Collect and verify clients' financial statements, loan utilization documents, insurance policies and other documents provided for in the agreements;
- Monitor the execution of special loan conditions;
- Communicate with clients regarding missing documents, late payments and other issues related to loan administration;
- Prepare reports, reports and other loan administration documents;
- Update information in internal systems and ensure data accuracy;
- Collaborate with members of the sales, risk, legal and finance teams;
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of loan administration and monitoring processes.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher or nearing higher education in the field of finance, economics, accounting, business or law;
- Attention to detail, responsibility and ability to plan work independently;
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and meet deadlines;
- Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients;
- Experience in a financial institution administering loans, contracts or payments would be an advantage.
