We are currently looking for reinforcements for our "Loan Club" team.
Your future tasks:
- Create and develop relationships with existing and potential “Loan Club” clients (by phone and e-mail);
- Assess client solvency and provide possible loan offers;
- Process applications and enter data into the system;
- Achieve and implement set sales goals;
- Ensure high quality of work in the Company.
Expectations for you:
- Desire to work in the financial sector and learn the intricacies of financial services sales and consulting (similar experience would be an advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of English and/or Russian;
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Result-oriented;
- Good analytical and organizational skills, excellent calculation skills, logical thinking.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends).
