Job description
The service department employee is responsible for professional customer service, comprehensive assistance to customers who want to purchase various services, and creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
What tasks await you?
- Professional and high-quality customer service;
- Checking completed orders;
- Issuing electronic orders in the store;
- Sales of services;
- Working with cash, bank cards;
- Working 20 hours per week, weekends.
We expect from you:
- At least secondary education;
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to perform several tasks at once;
- Customer orientation, helpfulness, ability to communicate with different people.
