Nature of work
- ensure coordination of balancing capacities, balancing energy, imbalance and other additional services and electricity market development;
- cooperate with market participants, regulatory authorities, Baltic and European TSOs and internal teams;
- communicate with market participants, helping them provide balancing, imbalance and other additional services;
- develop and develop market service performance indicators (KPIs), monitor their implementation and initiate improvement actions;
- ensure that the life cycle of services and products is managed from idea to market operation and further development;
- coordinate the development and improvement of electricity market and service rules, methodologies, processes and operating models;
- ensure clarification of business needs and initiation and coordination of IT changes;
- represent the company in international working groups.
Employee requirements
- higher university education or equivalent qualification in energy, economics, management, fundamental sciences or another related field;
- very good computer skills, MS Office package;
- experience in creating, implementing and developing services, products or business processes;
- good stakeholder management, cooperation and negotiation skills;
- understanding of the principles of markets, exchanges, platforms or other regulated business environments;
- excellent oral and written English;
- analytical thinking, result orientation and ability to operate under conditions of uncertainty.
Advantages:
- work experience in the activities of TSOs, STOs, electricity exchanges or other energy market organizations;
- experience in the areas of balancing, flexibility services or the electricity market;
- experience in developing digital products or platforms;
- experience in international working groups, committees or projects.
