Head of Service Management Architecture Department

We invite you to join the team of the Service Management Architecture and Project Management Department of the Registry Center and become the Head of the Service Management Architecture Department!

We are looking for a leader who will form and develop a unified service management model for the organization, ensure the implementation of service portfolio management principles and strengthen service management maturity throughout the organization. This is a position where you will have the opportunity to create long-term solutions, contribute to increasing the efficiency of the organization's activities and ensure high quality of services provided.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• ensure the creation, development and maintenance of the service portfolio and service lifecycle architecture;
• form and implement unified service management standards, methodologies and best practices;
• develop and implement SLA and KPI models for managing service quality, efficiency and results;
• develop, implement and ensure consistent application of service management processes in the organization;
• develop a service maturity assessment model, organize its application and initiate continuous improvement activities;
• lead the department, mobilize the team for common goals, promote employee initiative, involvement and responsibility for performance results;
• ensure effective implementation of functions and tasks assigned to the department and their compliance with the organization's strategic goals.

In this position, we are interested in:

• higher university degree or equivalent (in informatics, informatics engineering, management, public administration, economics or another related field);
• at least 2 years of experience in leading a department or project group;
• at least 3 years of work experience in the field of service management, service management architecture, service quality management;
• at least 3 years of work experience in the field of process improvement, optimization, efficiency improvement and measurement;
• ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian (written and oral), English language proficiency – B1 level;
• compliance with the requirements set out in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
• strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation;
• IT service management certificate (e.g. ITIL, COBIT), experience in developing or implementing IT service provision standards, SLA/KPI and service maturity models – an advantage.

Salary:

• 4120 - 6180 €/month. excluding taxes. The exact amount of salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
