- would create, develop and support the organization's service management system - form the service management architecture, models, standards and methodologies;
- define and support the service portfolio and service life cycle architecture (service typology, life cycle stages, management principles, etc.);
- create and develop a service catalog management model and ensure its relevance;
- create and develop a service planning (roadmap) management process that ensures consistent service development planning and priority management;
- select, define and support a service management standard and methodology;
- ensure the application of uniform service management practices throughout the organization;
- perform service maturity assessments, identify improvement opportunities and create a service maturity assessment model;
- define service management competencies and roles, plan training areas and strengthen the organization's competencies in the field of service management;
- act as a methodological and architectural competence center, consult colleagues and provide methodological assistance on service management issues.
In this position, we are interested in:
- higher university degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, management, economics or another technology or management-related field of study;
- at least 3 years of work experience in the fields of IT service management, service management architecture or service quality management, in the creation, implementation and development of service management models and standards;
- experience in defining a service portfolio and implementing a service management standard in an organization providing services using technology would be an advantage;
- a certificate in service management, process management or IT service management (e.g. ITIL, COBIT or equivalent) would be an advantage;
- ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian (written and oral), English language proficiency – B1 level;
- organization, responsibility, initiative, results-oriented, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

Salary:
- 3,440 - 5,160 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience
