What tasks await?
- Organize and conduct employee selections (candidate selection, job interviews).
- Communicate with project managers, monitor the situation at the facilities and ensure that employees meet their needs.
- Coordinate the distribution of employees at the facilities (masters, installers, unskilled labor).
- Monitor the progress of the facilities in cooperation with the project managers, monitor the results of the work and promptly resolve any problems that arise.
- Implement the introduction of employees into the system and their adaptation, introducing them to working conditions and responsibilities.
- Monitor and analyze data on the Valandinis.lt platform - the progress of new registrations, orders.
- Keep employee records: working hours, reports, compliance with contracts.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on the progress and results of projects.
- Maintain contact with existing clients and contribute to the integration of new clients.

- You are able to communicate in Russian (English would be an advantage);
- You have a driver's license;
- You are able to work with a computer and have good clerical skills;
