The Service Management Department in the Technology Department monitors the quality of services provided and initiates prompt troubleshooting, receives customer complaints by phone or electronic means and ensures timely response and effective communication with customers.
We are looking for an experienced Service Management Department Manager to lead a team responsible for monitoring the performance of IT and network infrastructure, applications and services. In this role, you will be the person who ensures that incidents are detected in a timely manner, risks are managed, and the organization's activities are stable and uninterrupted.

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and control the daily activities of the monitoring center, ensure uninterrupted execution of monitoring processes. Participate in emergency, accident or crisis management processes.
  • Ensure 24/7 service monitoring, incident identification and escalation.
  • Ensure management of customer requests, coordinate with other departments to resolve requests, ensure timely escalation of problems. Organize customer information about service disruptions, planned work, incident resolution progress and results.
  • Create and improve service management and monitoring processes, KPIs and response times.
  • Prepare reports to management on service status, risks and trends.
  • Participate in service reliability and business continuity planning.
  • Plan and control the department's annual cost budgets.
  • Represent the company's interests in the supervised area before third parties.

What do we expect?

  • Higher university education in IT, TELCO, informatics.
  • 3+ years of experience in management in a similar field.
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration and planning skills that would help set and achieve goals, as well as ensure their implementation.
  • Good fundamentals of IT infrastructure, networks, application operating principles.
  • Experience working with monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix, Grafana, etc.).
  • Impeccable reputation (the candidate's reliability is checked before appointment to the position, and a declaration of private interests is also required).
  • Knowledge of IT service management best practices (ITIL certificate is an advantage).
  • English language skills (at least B2 level).
  • Good computer skills (MS Office suite, Power BI, ability to use AI tools).
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and manage critical situations.
  • Analytical thinking, result orientation and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
